Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage Rolls

1 pound raw lean ground beef
1 pound lean ground turkey
29 oz canned stewed tomatoes
1 cup onion(s)
8 cup cabbage, all varieties
19 oz Del Monte Sauerkraut
16 oz canned tomato sauce

Lay the sauerdraut on the bottom of a pan.
Mix the ground beef and turkey with some onion and make big meatballs then wrap them in a cabbage leaf. Lay them on top of the sauerkraut.
Pour the stewed tomatoes and tomatoe sauce overtop of them.
Cover and bake at 350 for about 3 hrs.
