Parmesan Seared Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- Raw Chicken Tenders
- 2 1/2 T Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cups powder Parmesan cheese
- Put dijon mustard in plastic bag with tenders.
- Shake to cover tenders in mustard.
- In another bag place Parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken in cheese, shake to coat.
- Pre heat skillet on med-high heat.
- Add chicken, cook till cheese is browned.
- Cook on both sides.
